Policies
Hey there, awesome client-to-be! So, let's get real for a sec - every great relationship is built on trust and respect, right? That's the vibe we are all about.
Now, here's the deal: when you book with us, you're agreeing to our policies, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. They're like the rules of the road!
If any of them aren't your cup of tea, it's cool - we're just not a match made in client heaven... yet!
Feeling a bit bummed about it? Hey, we get it! But no worries, my friend. Take a breather, mull it over, and maybe we'll sync up in the future when the stars align and your heart's all in. Until then, keep on keepin' on, and who knows what the future holds, right? Stay awesome, stay true, and see you on the flip side!
1
Privacy Policy
Confidentiality is the name of the game. Before your first appointment, you will be required to complete a confidential health history form online. This form must be updated once a year or any time there are significant changes to your health history, think major surgery, or illness.
The information in your file can only be released with your written consent or as required by law. To best serve you, I may discuss your case with the other healthcare providers involved in your care only with your explicit consent. All communication and forms sent to me will all be held within my privacy policy.
2
Cancelation Policy
As a sole proprietors, our livelihood relies heavily on the support of our valued clients - that's you!
A sudden cancellation not only affects our income but also deprives another person of benefiting from our services.
To uphold fairness, we've established a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or shorten your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be enforced, regardless of the reason - be it illness, an unexpected emergency, or even advice from a quirky fortune teller.
Cancellations (or no-shows) made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur the full treatment (100%) cost. Moreover, arriving late more than half the allotted treatment time will lead to the cancellation of the appointment and a charge for the full treatment.
Exceptions can be made if YOU find someone to fill your slot, in which case the fee will be waived.
Consider your appointment like a concert ticket - if you can't make it, pass it along or understand the cost is absorbed.
This policy aims to protect our most valuable asset - our time.
To demonstrate fairness, if we ever have to cancel on you last minute, your next treatment (of the same service or price) will be complimentary.
Your time is precious, and we value it greatly, just asking for mutual respect in our interactions.
3
Service Refusal
For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following:
-
intoxication
-
derogatory or bigoted comments
-
sexual or romantic advances
-
illness or infectious conditions
-
contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes or hives)
If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving treatment.
Lastly, if any of the situations mentioned above come into play, unfortunately, we will have to decline treatment, charge for the appointment, and bid you farewell from our practice.
It's all about creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved. So, let's keep it cool, follow these guidelines, and we'll have a fantastic time together.
Thanks for looking out for all of us - much appreciated!

Appointment Times
Hey there! So, quick heads-up - when you book a treatment with us, that time covers your whole appointment, not just the hands-on part.
During your first visit, we like to kick things off with a thorough chat to get to know your health history and what you're aiming for. We walk you through any treatment plan so you're never left in the dark, and of course, we need your verbal and written thumbs-up before we dive in. Sometimes, we might need to do some orthopedic assessments to make sure we give you the best care possible.
