Please read and agree to the following before beginning your treatment plan.

1. Program Structure & Results

   The Smooth Moves Signature Series is a 3-phase sugaring treatment plan intended to reduce hair growth over time. Individual results may vary based on skin type, hormones, genetics, consistency, and adherence to recommended aftercare.

   
   

2. Required Commitment

   To achieve results, clients must follow the treatment schedule as outlined:

   Phase 1: Every 10–14 days

   Phase 2: Every 3 weeks

   Phase 3: Every 4–6 weeks (optional maintenance)

   
   

Clients must complete all package sessions within 5 months (150 days) of their first appointment. Failure to follow this schedule may reduce the effectiveness of results.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

   All appointments should be pre-booked in advance. Missed or no-show appointments will not be rescheduled outside the 5-month window. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Rescheduled appointments must fall within the 5-month period.

   
   

4. Refunds & Transfers

   All Signature Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client discontinues treatments for any reason, no refunds or partial credits will be issued. Packages cannot be shared between clients.

   
   

5. Medical Conditions & Contraindications

   Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications (including Accutane, Retin-A, antibiotics, etc.), skin sensitivities, or recent procedures (laser, chemical peels, etc.) that may affect treatment. Certain conditions may require rescheduling or physician clearance.

   
   

6. Aftercare Compliance

   Clients are expected to follow all aftercare recommendations, including use of exfoliation products (Bushbalm), avoiding tight clothing, no hot tubs, sweating, or exfoliating for 24–48 hours post-treatment. Failure to follow aftercare may result in irritation or ingrowns.

   
   

7. Product Inclusions

   Each package includes full-size Bushbalm products. Products are selected to match your skin goals and are not exchangeable once opened or used.

   
   

8. Photos & Progress Tracking (Optional)

   Before/after photos may be taken (with your consent) to track results. These will remain confidential unless written permission is given for marketing use.

   
   

9. Service Refusal

   Her Smooth Moves reserves the right to refuse or pause service if a client is late, non-compliant with scheduling, or exhibits inappropriate behavior.
