Membership Agreement & Treatment Consent


Her Smooth Moves Signature Club

Please read and agree to the following before enrolling in a Smooth Moves membership.


Membership Structure & Results

The Smooth Moves Signature Club memberships are designed to support ongoing maintenance, skin health, and long-term improvement through consistent sugaring.


Results may vary based on individual factors including hair growth cycle, hormones, skin type, genetics, consistency, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. Memberships support progress but do not guarantee permanent hair removal.


Scheduling & Consistency

Consistency is essential for best results.

  • Most maintenance clients rebook every 4–6 weeks

  • Membership services must be redeemed within 6 weeks of payment

  • Services do not roll over

  • Unused services expire after the 6-week redemption window

Delays or skipped appointments may impact results.


Commitment & Billing

  • All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment

  • Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis

  • Memberships remain active unless cancelled according to the terms provided at sign-up


Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be booked in advance

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments are forfeited and cannot be rebooked

  • Priority booking applies only while membership is active


Refunds & Transfers

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Services cannot be shared, exchanged, or transferred between clients

  • No partial credits or refunds will be issued for unused or forfeited services


Service Limitations

  • Membership services apply to maintenance clients only

  • Services included in each tier cannot be upgraded, swapped, or exchanged for higher-value treatments

  • Glow Maintenance Vajacial™ treatments are standalone services and are not included unless explicitly stated in a membership tier


Medical Conditions & Contraindications

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications (including Accutane, Retin-A, antibiotics), skin sensitivities, or recent procedures (laser, chemical peels, etc.).

Certain conditions may require rescheduling or medical clearance to ensure safety.


Aftercare Compliance

Clients agree to follow all aftercare recommendations, including:

  • Use of recommended aftercare products (including Bushbalm)

  • Avoiding exfoliation, hot tubs, excessive sweating, or friction for 24–48 hours post-treatment

Failure to follow aftercare may result in irritation, ingrowns, or delayed results.


Retail Products

Retail product discounts apply only while membership is active.Products are non-refundable once opened or used.


Photos & Progress Tracking

Before and after photos may be taken with client consent for progress tracking. Images remain confidential unless written permission is provided for marketing use.


Service Refusal

Her Smooth Moves reserves the right to refuse or pause service if a client is:

  • Late or repeatedly non-compliant with booking policies

  • In violation of aftercare or health disclosures

  • Exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
